A Brief History

Summit Executive Recruiters was started with the basic understanding that an organization is only as good as the people within it and the best organizations create a competitive environment for people to excel and be fulfilled in their endeavor.  The quality of individuals infused in to any given organization are paramount to the success of that organization.  We have experienced great success over the years by exceeding the expectation level that our clients require by way of human talent.  Our reputation has expanded and we do not solicit business actively, but enjoy organic growth within our existing accounts based on our performance.  New clients come to us by way of recommendation from existing clients.

Our desire is not to be the biggest, but to be the best and we are acutely aware that our reputation is our credential.  This has enabled our growth and allowed us to create an international network and presence.

Summit does not acquire new customers solely for top and bottom line growth and will only work with companies that are committed to their employees, provide fulfilling careers, operate with the highest ethic, and treat all people as they would want to be treated themselves.

Summit then seeks over-qualified individuals for each position that is available.  One of the keys to our success is the understanding that people will perform optimally when coupled with an excellent organization that recognizes the value of top talent.  This creates an exceptional environment and both the organization and the individual then profit monetarily. Summit will only send in the people who we would hire ourselves.  You will never have to make your way through mounds of candidates.  We will select one or two people per opening and your hiring process will be much more efficient.  If we cannot find the right person, we will not submit anyone to you.  If we miss the mark, it will only be in the beginning of our relationship as we learn your culture and your requirements.


Summit Executive Recruiters is paid only for performance

Summit does not work by retainer.  There is no cost for any organization to utilize our services.  When we make a placement, we will submit an invoice for payment to you.  If we do not make a placement, you will have no financial obligation to Summit whatsoever.

Summit will make business easy and you will never encounter a conflict.  We operate at no risk to you and believe that our word reflects who we are and what we stand for.  One of our fundamental tenets is to never be at odds with any individual or organization, at any time, for any reason.  We treat vendors, customers, and candidates with utmost respect and we will always do the right thing.


What we ask of you

Summit will become an extension of your company and our efforts will best serve you when we have sufficient understanding of what the culture of the company looks like, detailed compensation information, thorough understanding of the services and products that the candidate will be providing or selling, and effective communication with you. 

One of the biggest barriers to securing top talent is the inability of our client to efficiently move candidates forward in the process.  Without this efficiency, superior candidates move on to other opportunities as they are interviewing the companies we represent to the same extent that Summit and the companies are interviewing them.  This is the largest factor leading to a rupture in the relationship so we emphasize it from the onset.  Summit will always expedite candidates and ensure the process moves effectively on our end.
