Project Manager- Telecom Solutions
Our client requires Project Managers with a technical background, as well as functional experience in Telecom BSS, OSS, Billing and/or CRM. Successful candidates should have prior experience of delivering complex projects (typically $2-5M) on behalf of Tier 1 Telecom Operators within the Billing/CRM (e.g. Siebel, Clarify, Amdocs etc) or OSS (e.g. Telcordia, Cramer, Netcracker, MetaSolv etc), ideally gained within a ‘Big 5’ consulting environment. You will work closely with customers, both business and technical, and must have the ability to balance priorities and requirements from both. Must be able to demonstrate strong project / program management skills and experience. You will be responsible for leading teams (comprised of employees, customers, contractors and off-shore developers) to deliver business and technical solutions to client satisfaction. My client requires an IT integration background, as well as functional experience in Telecom BSS, OSS, Billing and/or CRM. Successful candidates should have prior experience of delivering complex projects on behalf of Tier 1 Telecom Operators within the Billing/CRM (e.g. Siebel, Clarify, Amdocs etc) or OSS (e.g. Granite, Cramer, Netcracker, Metasolv etc), ideally gained within a ‘Big 5’ consulting environment. You will work closely with customers, both business and technical, and must have the ability to balance priorities and requirements from both. Strong analytical and leadership skills are required. You will be responsible for consulting engagements that might include business process reengineering, transformation, organizational design/change management, implementation planning and execution, migration and conversion, testing and/or training. Extensive travel is required – typically 50-80%.

Technical Architect – Telecom OSS/BSS
Technical Architect positions are currently available at mid, senior and management levels. My client requires functional experience in Telecom OSS, including exposure to OSS software products (e.g. Granite, Cramer, Netcracker, MetaSolv etc); Knowledge of telecom industry standards; Enterprise architecture frameworks and repositories; Exposure to telecommunications devices / networks (voice, data or cellular); Java/J2EE/Oracle/Unix software design and development skills are essential.
